I found these great trestle tables from Auckland based, The Trestle Union  - as a possible option to create extra table surfaces.<br />During a trip to Mexico, Trestle Union were inspired by the market merchants who transported themselves from location to location while displaying their wares on simply made trestle tables. <br />I like the Union Ply which includes a pair of marine ply trestle legs (there's a choice of rope colour) along with a table top made of poplar plywood which is double sided with white high pressure laminate.
